debbielandry-aboutDebbie Landry is a singer/songwriter from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She has been performing all over the Southeastern United States since the early 1990s. With a voice that takes well known songs to new places, as well as her confident and fearless attitude, she makes every song she sings her own!

Debbie is influenced by a wide range of musical genres from Janis Joplin, Carole King, Heart, Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd to Alice in Chains, Melissa Etheridge, Sheryl Crow and Stone Temple Pilots. But, Debbie truly shines at blues rock and songs sung from the heart and soul. With her full band line-up solidified, Debbie plans to finally get a cd recorded of her own original music, as well as new tunes written with the group.

Debbie's husband, Blayne Coupel, performs with her on drums (band), and/or percussion (acoustic duo and trio) and vocals. His thunderous beats alone have the power to bring back Hair Metal and wake the gods of Rock from their post-grunge slumber! When these two play together, the music can range from sweet, soulful and beautiful to full on "double horns flying" rock and roll! This acoustic duo or trio, with the addition of longtime friend and musical associate, Jimmy Granier on lead guitar, should not be confused with stereotypical girly acoustic fare!
